Job summary

Medcor is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager to lead our employer-based occupational health clinic in Fargo, ND. This Monday–Friday, day-shift role offers a stable schedule, autonomy, and the chance to impact employee health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in North Dakota or compact license.
• Experience in occupational health or related clinical settings is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead and manage an onsite clinic independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of an onsite occupational health clinic.
• Provide clinical assessment, triage, and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Perform health screenings, medical surveillance, and other required testing.
• Coordinate injury care, follow-up, and return-to-work activities.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation per Medcor policies.
