Job summary

Medcor in Long Prairie, MN is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager (EMT/Paramedic/LPN) to lead our employer-based occupational health clinic.

This hands-on leadership role combines direct patient care with day-to-day operations, ensuring timely care, workers’ compensation support, and RTW programs. Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Current EMT, Paramedic, or LPN certification/licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to lead and support the daily operations of an onsite clinic.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations, workflows, logistics and scheduling.
• Provide hands-on patient care in an occupational health setting.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses using Medcor's protocols.
• Support workers' compensation case management.
• Facilitate Return-to-Work (RTW) programs.
• Coordinate with outside medical providers and client stakeholders.
