Medcor is hiring a full-time EMT or Paramedic to join our Fargo, ND occupational health clinic. This day-shift role offers a stable schedule, work-life balance, and the chance to apply emergency medical skills in a workplace health setting.

You will provide initial assessment, triage, and treatment for injuries, conduct health screenings, document care, and collaborate with a clinical team to keep employees healthy and safe. Current ND EMT/Paramedic licensure and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifikationen

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification/licensure valid in North Dakota.
• Experience in EMS, occupational health, or related clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a clinic environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide initial assessment, triage, and first aid for workplace injuries.
• Evaluate injuries and determine appropriate care steps.
• Respond to workplace medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
• Perform occupational health services including health screenings and surveillance.
• Assist with injury management, follow-up care, and return-to-work coordination.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and collaborate with clinic team.
• Promote health, safety, and injury prevention initiatives.
• Maintain clinic supplies and a clean clinical environment.
