Job summary

LMK Recruiting Solutions represents a leading NYC-based general contractor delivering ground-up residential towers across the five boroughs. This Project Manager will own the project from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with the field team to align budgets, schedules, and contracts for timely delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of NYC PM experience, strong contract and budgeting knowledge, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in NYC commercial or residential construction.
• Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience managing subcontractor buyout and trade negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of ground-up high-rise/mid-rise developments.
• Develop budgets, track costs, and report monthly financials.
• Lead subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations.
