Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inbound website inquiries.
  • Enter new opportunities into the CRM pipeline from website submissions, trade shows, referrals, phone calls, and marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound leads.
  • Assign lead status and priority.
  • Send requested literature, case studies, and technical information.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails.
  • Execute drip campaigns and marketing automation.
  • Nurture leads until sales-ready.
  • Schedule appointments for Outside Sales/Wear Specialists.
  • Document all activities in CRM.
  • Maintain follow-up schedules to ensure no lead is forgotten.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations.
  • Identify objections preventing purchase.
  • Re-engage stalled opportunities.
  • Update opportunity stages in CRM.
  • Enter notes and next actions.
  • Coordinate with Outside Sales regarding customer feedback.
