Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a small team of room practitioners to deliver high-quality early education.
• Overseeing planning and delivery of creative, age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
• Managing the daily routine of the room, including transitions, meal times, and outdoor play.
• Serving as a Key Person: monitoring child tracking, observations, and updating learning journals.
• Fostering warm, professional relationships with parents and providing daily feedback.
