Responsibilities

  • Lead and support day-to-day operations of the nursery area, including plant care, inventory management, and merchandising
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with plant selection, care guidance, and product recommendations
  • Ensure proper watering, pruning, fertilizing, and general maintenance of plants and nursery stock

Position Summary

The Nursery Area Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the nursery and garden center area, ensuring excellent customer service, healthy plant care, and efficient merchandising. This role serves as a working leader, supporting and guiding team members while maintaining high standards for product quality, safety, and presentation.
