Job summary

CNRG, Inc. is seeking a Nursery Area Lead to supervise daily nursery operations and provide exceptional customer service. You will guide plant care, merchandising, and inventory while ensuring safety and quality across the nursery area.

You will train and support staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with store leadership on seasonal displays and promotions. The role requires outdoor work, physical stamina, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a nursery, garden center, landscaping, or related retail environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of plants, gardening, and basic horticulture practices.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry merchandise (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
