Youth Villages is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) for our Georgia residential campus to provide direct nursing care to youth and oversee the Nursing Department. You will supervise LPNs and RNs, train new staff, and coordinate with treatment teams.

Document in the EMR and generate routine reports for the Nurse Manager. The role requires an active RN license, supervisory experience, and comfort with pediatric mental health settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the applicable state.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a pediatric or psychiatric setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to youth at the assigned campus.
• Supervise, evaluate, and counsel Nursing Department staff (LPNs/RNs).
• Oversee training of new Nursing Department employees.
• Serve as medical liaison with outside consultants and treatment teams.
• Compile and submit weekly/monthly reports to Nurse Manager.
• Complete daily documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
