Job summary

Operose Health Ltd is seeking a Lead Nurse to join our team. You will work closely with regional nursing, operational and GP colleagues to ensure targets are met, and you will provide advanced nursing care from history taking through diagnosis and treatment.

The role requires nursing leadership and adherence to clinical standards within a national service framework. The ideal candidate will hold UK NMC registration or be an AHCP, be a Non-medical Prescriber, and have extensive Primary Care

Qualifications

• Must be a First Level UK registered nurse or Registered AHCP.
• Non-medical prescriber status required.
• Extensive clinical experience in Primary Care health settings.
• Experience leading nursing teams and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional nursing, operational and GP teams to meet targets.
• Provide patient care from history taking to diagnosis, treatment and evaluation.
• Lead nursing team efforts and support clinical governance and policy implementation.
