Porter Medical Group seeks a Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting and to lead the clinical team. The role includes coordinating care with providers, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring adherence to nursing standards.

The Lead RN will mentor staff, support onboarding and training, and help maintain efficient clinical operations and exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Current RN license valid in Vermont or compact
• CPR certification at time of hire
• Minimum 1 year RN experience required
• 2+ years RN experience in primary care/ambulatory setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Must maintain professional appearance and multi-task in fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in outpatient setting
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and clinical documentation
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with providers to support care plans
• Serve as clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
• Assist with onboarding, training, and development of clinical team
• Support nursing staff scheduling and daily operations
• Promote a positive, patient-centered, team-focused environment
