• Active RN licensure in Texas; BSN preferred.
• Minimum leadership/management experience in inpatient psychiatry.
• Experience with regulatory standards (TJC/CMS/CARF) and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of Nursing and MHS operations.
• Collaborate with physicians and disciplines to ensure quality patient care.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participation in quality initiatives.
• Serve as Administrator On-Call on a rotating basis.
