StarCare Specialty Health System in Lubbock, TX seeks Registered Nurses to join Sunrise Canyon Hospital inpatient team. Must be licensed in Texas; responsibilities include observing patients, completing 12-hour assessments, and developing and documenting plans of care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and Texas RN licensure.
• Preferred BSN/MSN and one year of RN experience in health care or public health.
• Psychiatric nursing experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain nursing standards and adhere to Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Observe patients, complete 12-hour nurse assessments, and update care plans.
• Develop plan of care, implement interventions, evaluate outcomes, and document care.
