You will plan, control, and execute test programs, develop test procedures, write reports, and ensure traceability to system requirements in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in I&C or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer or equivalent engineering.
• Experience in system testing, verification and validation inspections or testing.
• Experience in embedded I&C systems, logic design, I&C design or software design.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies for Instrumentation and Control Systems for Commercial Nuclear Plant equipment.
• Lead engineers to develop test procedures from System Design and Software Requirements documents.
• Lead a team to perform logic diagram analysis and develop test cases; plan and lead test program execution.
• Author, review, and issue test reports.
• Support root cause investigation of defects and coordinate defect tracking; plan and maintain project schedules; ensure requirements traceability.
• Develop detailed schedules and budgets for test activities within larger projects.
• Evaluate engineers' performance and development.
