Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Government security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 8+ years of applicable work experience in NOC/engineering.
• Experience in lead or supervisory roles within a NOC environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Tier III guidance and support to NOC technicians.
• Train and coach NOC staff; assess technical development.
• Optimize network traffic for capacity growth; perform circuit audits.
