Job summary

A global technology firm is seeking a Lead Network Engineer to ensure the security, stability, and performance of its network infrastructure. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert, troubleshooting complex issues and mentoring junior engineers. Key qualifications include 5+ years in NOC operations and strong knowledge of Routing & Switching protocols. Certifications such as CCNA and CCNP are preferred. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence and serves as a liaison with various internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of network support experience in NOC operations or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of Routing & Switching protocols (RIP, OSPF, BGP).
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data and voice network outages.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex network issues across enterprise infrastructure.
• Mentor and train Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers.
• Open and manage Change Controls and emergency change records.
