Job summary

Van Drunen Family of Companies seeks a production supervisor to lead a night shift on a fast-paced food manufacturing line. You will direct a team, coordinate daily production activities, and uphold safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of production experience with leadership exposure. Prior forklift experience is preferred, with training provided as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, direct, and motivate a production team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality food production.
  • Oversee drying, freezing, wet and dry processing, sifting, grinding, boxing, and packaging operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, GMPs, SOPs, PPE requirements, and LOTO standards.
  • Monitor product quality, perform CCP checks, participate in audits, and address quality concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate equipment setup, sanitation, production readiness, shift transitions, and cleaning tasks.
