Job summary

Isaac Health is hiring a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist to lead its neuropsychological evaluation program. The Lead Neuropsychologist will oversee testing standards, supervise psychometrists, and ensure timely, high-quality evaluations across states, starting in New York with readiness to expand nationally.

The role blends clinical leadership with hands-on evaluations four days per week, plus one day for supervision and program growth.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA- or CPA-accredited program.
• ABPP board certification in Clinical Neuropsychology.
• Active, unrestricted psychologist license in a PSYPACT-member state with NY license at hire or soon after start.
• Experience evaluating adults with Alzheimer’s and dementias; tele-neuropsychology experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the neuropsychological evaluation program: referral criteria, test batteries, tele-administration, test security, and report standards.
• Conduct formal neuropsychological evaluations four days a week with psychometrist support.
• Lead the psychometry team and supervise clinical staff for quality and development.
• Ensure high-quality turnaround of evaluations and clinical outputs.
• Consult with neurologists and geriatricians on test selection and interpretation.
• Teach neuropsychological assessment to the wider clinical team.
• Maintain team productivity, motivation, and clear standards of excellence.
