Ellie Mental Health in Bannockburn, IL, is seeking an experienced, licensed clinical psychologist to lead and grow our psychological and neuropsychological testing program in the northern Chicago suburbs. The Testing Program Manager will oversee day-to-day testing operations, build referral relationships, support future hiring, and work closely with our Director of Clinical Services, billing, marketing, and administrative teams.

This role combines direct clinical care with program leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology and Illinois license.
• Experience conducting psychological, neuropsychological, and psychoeducational evaluations.
• Strong assessment, interpretation, and integrated report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing program from referral intake to feedback and report completion.
• Provide assessment and clinical care including neuropsychological and psychoeducational testing.
• Collaborate and mentor evaluators; participate in leadership and quality assurance meetings.
