Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking an experienced, licensed clinical psychologist to lead and grow our neuropsychological testing program in the northern Chicago suburbs. This role combines direct clinical care with program leadership and requires collaboration with billing, marketing, and administrative teams.

The Testing Program Manager will oversee day-to-day testing operations, recruit and mentor evaluators, and partner with leadership on staffing and service expansion, with a flexible hybrid

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical psychologist with advanced training in neuropsychological assessment.
• Experience conducting psychological, neuropsychological, and psychoeducational evaluations.
• Ability to lead a program, supervise clinicians, and build referral networks.
• Strong report-writing, interpretation, and feedback delivery skills.
• Experience with children, adolescents, adults, ADHD, autism, and neurodivergent populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing program from referral to feedback and report completion.
• Set standards for test selection, scoring, and patient experience.
• Monitor referrals, wait times, reimbursements, and program performance.
• Oversee intake, scheduling, and documentation processes; expand capacity.
