Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years experience; Graduate Degree with 7+ years or 13+ years in lieu of degree.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Strong leadership and networking engineering capabilities.
Travel 4–6 times per year as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical lead for systems engineering activities on the Cascade program.
Direct and be responsible for system engineering work on the program.
Provide guidance across design, integration, troubleshooting, and sustainment.
Identify problems, assess impacts, and determine corrective actions.
Perform root cause analysis and develop practical solutions.
Communicate complex concepts to engineers, management, operations, and customers.
Lead technical discussions across multidisciplinary teams and travel when required.
