Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• Active U.S. government Top Secret clearance required.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering tasks for key projects.
• Manage requirements analysis and traceability to customer specs.
• Develop design documentation including specs, interface control docs, test plans.
• Oversee system integration, verification and qualification events.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal IPTs.
• Prepare design reviews for internal and external audiences.
• Support RFI/RFP responses and new business pursuits.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource needs.
• Communicate complex technical information effectively to stakeholders.
