Chartbeat’s intuitive and powerful software has long empowered media brands to use their own data to build loyal audiences across desktop, social, and mobile platforms. Tubular, the leader in global social video intelligence, delivers a unified view of interests and behaviors of audiences across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, Twitter, and TikTok. By joining two comprehensive network-level datasets, we help our partners understand and measure a larger proportion of audience interactions and, in turn, make smarter decisions that grow reach and revenue. We now serve more than 1,000 brands globally, including influential content publishers like The New York Times, the BBC, ESPN, Vox, BuzzFeed, Paramount, WB, Mediahuis, Hearst, McClatchy, and GQ.

  • Collaborate with Sales Ops and Customer Success to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Ownership of the full collections process and internal and external communication.
  • Maintain DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) at desired metrics and implement proactive collection strategies.
  • Manage customer credit reviews and establish credit limits in line with company policy.
  • Design and deliver AR dashboards and aging reports for executive leadership.
  • Support NetSuite optimization projects related to AR.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive A/R or Finance experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.
  • Proficient in NetSuite and experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and communicate with executive leadership.
  • Comfortable managing a small team in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We are proud to offer our team members a competitive compensation plan that includes:

  • Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401K with company match (100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%)
  • Fully Paid Parental Leave - 18 weeks for birthing parents, 12 weeks for non-birthing parents
  • Phone and internet stipend
  • Wellness, learning, and coworking reimbursements
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 11 paid holidays and December holiday closure
  • Company-wide outings
  • The compensation range for this position is $125,000.00 - $150,000.00
