Job summary

Capgemini in the United States seeks a Senior Lead Network Engineer for a hybrid onsite/offsite role based near Orlando. You will lead a team of onsite engineers, manage dispatch and on-call rotations, and ensure delivery for incident recovery, network changes, and maintenance.

You will apply Cisco IOS/Nexus expertise and F5 load balancers, review standards, and coordinate with operations and suppliers to meet performance targets in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• CCNP/CCIE certification required; CCIE preferred.
• 5+ years in enterprise-scale network environments in lead/senior roles.
• Experience with load-balancers and F5 CTS LTM.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Experience in 24x7x365 support environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite engineers for the KMTC location.
• Manage on-call and dispatch duties.
• Ensure network services meet availability targets.
• Review and enforce engineering standards and configurations.
• Coordinate with service providers to maintain technical quality.
• Oversee major incidents and changes.
