Job summary

ECI is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our Global Implementations team. You will design, deploy, and optimize LAN/WAN and cloud networks for clients worldwide, ensuring security and scalability.

The role is hybrid, onsite a minimum of 3 days per week, with core US hours and potential outside hours for project needs. Candidates should have CCNP, 5+ years of experience, and strong Cisco/Palo Alto expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant network engineering experience with exposure to product organizations.
• CCNP certification and enterprise networking expertise.
• Expertise in Cisco Nexus, BGP and OSPF routing.
• Public cloud exposure with AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Strong Palo Alto firewall knowledge including GlobalProtect.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN and wireless network infrastructure.
• Provide customer support to clients globally.
• Troubleshoot Cisco routing, switching, Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls.
• Coordinate with teams and external parties to resolve cases.
• Escalate and lead response for critical network incidents.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff.
• Research emerging technologies and PoC opportunities.
• Engage with clients to engineer tailored network solutions.
• Create and maintain network documentation and diagrams.
