Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade network infrastructure across GCP, on-premises, and hybrid cloud environments. You will manage cloud networking, VPNs, routing, and security, while supporting F5 BIG-IP load balancers and automation via Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and Ansible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience in multi-site environments.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS networking, Cloudflare, and modern observability platforms.
• Experience implementing network automation and NetDevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across GCP, on-premises, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Manage cloud networking technologies including VPCs, VPNs, routing, firewalls, load balancing, DNS, and IP address management.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code and network automation solutions using Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and Ansible.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security using enterprise observability and monitoring tools.
