Job summary

Tract Capital Management in Denver, CO, seeks a seasoned Manager, Network Engineering to lead the active network engineering discipline across its data center campuses. You will own pre-construction design and construction-phase delivery of Layer 2/3 networks, EVPN/VXLAN fabrics, IP routing, SD-WAN, firewalls, and OT network integration.

Reporting to the VP, Site Communications & Network Infrastructure, you will mentor a small team, coordinate with Inside Plant and Outside Plant groups, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in network engineering with data center experience.
• 3+ years managing a small technical team and external vendors.
• Deep IP routing and switching expertise.
• Hands-on VXLAN EVPN fabric experience.
• OT networking experience with Modbus/BACnet/OPC UA.
• Vendor and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead a three-person specialist team, guiding hiring, goals, and performance.
• Own end-to-end network design from pre-construction through commissioning.
• Design and validate site-to-site VPNs and encrypted interconnects.
• Define network standards, policy, and acceptance criteria for designs.
• Oversee OT network segmentation and security integration with facilities/OT teams.
• Coordinate with ISP/OSP and engineering peers to ensure campus rollout meets schedule.
