Job summary

Tract Capital seeks a Network Project Manager to lead integrated pre-construction and construction delivery for communications infrastructure across our data center campuses. You will coordinate scope, schedule, budget, vendors, RFIs, submittals, risks and handover with multiple engineering and operations teams.

This Design & Build role emphasizes commissioning and operational transfer; it does not own 24x7 monitoring.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management, construction management or telecom infra.
• Experience leading complex infrastructure projects from planning to turnover.
• Experience with data center, mission-critical environments, or schedule-sensitive work.
• Strong skills in schedules, budgets, risks, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated delivery planning from kickoff through handover.
• Maintain project controls across multiple campus projects; manage budgets and risks.
• Coordinate scope and sequencing across engineering and operations teams.
• Own pre-construction delivery rhythm: scope, budget, permitting, gates.
• Coordinate construction schedules, site logistics, safety, inspections, turnover.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change management, and as-built docs.
• Track vendors and contractors against scope, schedule and quality.
