Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Manager, Network Engineering (L2/L3) in Colorado to lead design, deployment, and operation of Layer 2/3 networks across data centers and OT environments. You will drive EVPN/VXLAN fabrics, routing architectures, security policies, and vendor coordination while acting as a hands-on leader with a player-coach approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of network engineering experience in data center environments.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and managing vendors or integrators.
• Deep expertise in L2/L3 networking, VLANs, VRFs, IP addressing, route policies, OSPF/BGP.
• Hands-on experience with EVPN/VXLAN leaf-spine architectures.
• Strong background in network security—firewalls, segmentation, secure remote access.
• Experience supporting OT networks and industrial systems.
• Experience developing standards, design docs, monitoring strategies, and handoff processes.
• Proficiency in network design tools and documentation; strong stakeholder communication.

• Lead design, engineering, and delivery of L2/L3 network infrastructure across data centers.
• Direct a team of network engineers; coordinate with vendors, construction, operations.
• Develop and enforce network standards, governance, and commissioning processes.
