Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on fiber, coax, Ethernet cabling experience.
• Experience installing, testing, and maintaining Cat‑5/5E/6/6A cables and fiber optics.
• Proficient in reading blueprints/scope documents and documenting field work.
• Valid driver license required; ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Model high‑quality workmanship and set field standards.
• Mentor deployment technicians and train on procedures and tools.
• Perform advanced installation and troubleshooting for fiber and wireless deployments.
• Lead complex installations, retrofits, or service calls with high attention to detail.
• Ensure as‑builts, photos, and documentation are completed accurately in the field.
• Coordinate with the Network Deployment Manager for materials and manpower.
