Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Network Administrator N to drive advanced network initiatives across data centers and cloud. You will act as SME for routing, switching, firewall, and SD-WAN configurations while guiding L2 engineers and coordinating with Cloud and Security teams.

Expect modern hybrid work, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to automate using Ansible or Terraform. Knowledge of Cisco ASA, Meraki, Citrix NetScaler, and Azure ExpressRoute is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level computer engineering, information systems or IT degree.
• Experience in routing, switching, firewall and SD-WAN environments.
• Industry CISSP certification and Network+ knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for routing, switching, firewall, and SD-WAN configurations across data centers and cloud environments.
• Manage troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, VPN, Citrix NetScaler ADC load-balancing.
• Implement and maintain firewall, SD-WAN, and application delivery policies across Cisco ASA, Meraki, Citrix NetScaler.
• Automate network device configuration and compliance checks using Ansible or Terraform.
• Monitor network performance with SolarWinds, NetFlow, Meraki Insights, Splunk.

Job Description Responsibilities

• Act as SME for routing, switching, firewall, and SD-WAN configurations across various data centers and cloud environments.
• Manage advanced troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, MPLS, Meraki SD-WAN, VPN connectivity, and Citrix NetScaler ADC/load-balancing issues.
• Implement and maintain firewall, SD-WAN, and application delivery policies across Cisco ASA, Meraki appliances, and Citrix NetScaler ADC.
• Automate network device configuration and compliance checks using Ansible or Terraform.
• Monitor network performance through SolarWinds, NetFlow, Meraki Insights, and Splunk integrations.
• Collaborate with Cloud and Security teams to support hybrid networking (AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute).
• Document network architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and escalation workflows.
• Mentor L2 engineers and participate in network change, automation, and problem management reviews.
