Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Application Development N to drive AI-powered transformation and scalable cloud solutions. You will lead cloud architecture across AWS services, IaC, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines while enhancing security and observability.

Ideal candidates have deep AWS expertise, strong scripting, and experience with data streaming, AI/ML workloads on AWS, and hybrid cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS core services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM) and IaC tooling.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell and knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid environments (Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions).
• Understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AWS-based cloud solutions.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and tooling across the stack (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Develop automation and orchestration using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Collaborate on multi-cloud/hybrid deployments and ensure security and monitoring practices.

Job Description

• Strong expertise in AWS core services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, CloudFormation, CloudWatch).

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes - EKS). - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Experience in monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

• Strong knowledge of AWS security best practices (IAM, KMS, Security Groups, GuardDuty). Familiarity with networking concepts (VPC, VPN, Direct Connect, Load Balancing, Route 53).

• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS Outposts). Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions).

• Familiarity with AWS Well-Architected Framework.

• Experience with data streaming and messaging services (Kafka, Kinesis, SNS, SQS).

• Understanding of NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Experience in AI/ML workloads on AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda with AI models).
