Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Tech Lead - Infrastructure Services to lead the IT operations team and oversee infrastructure, systems, and applications for optimal performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Engineering, Information Systems or IT.
• Industry-standard certifications such as CISSP/CCNA/PMP are preferred.
• Experience leading IT operations teams and managing infrastructure.
