Job summary

Hope For Youth, Inc is seeking a Network Administrator to lead internal IT and own the organization’s technology operations from Amityville, NY. You will manage AD, Microsoft 365, MFA, and Azure/Entra ID while coordinating with an external contractor for advanced work.

You will provide Level 1 help desk support across locations, troubleshoot a wide range of systems, and drive ongoing improvements with strong customer service and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Five years of IT experience including network, systems, and end‑user support.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 admin/licensing, and Duo MFA.
• Experience with Azure and/or Entra ID.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal IT priorities and provide hands‑on support.
• Coordinate with external IT contractor for server and network maintenance.
• Provide Level 1 Help Desk support across locations and remote staff.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, devices, printers, and software; configure and deploy equipment.
