Job summary

BuildDirect is seeking a Lead NetSuite professional to own the OneWorld instance across multiple subsidiaries and locations in the U.S. and Canada.

You will work with Finance, Operations, Merchandising, Customer Service and warehouses to resolve root causes and drive smooth acquisition integrations. You will stand up new subsidiaries, migrate data, configure intercompany flows, and deploy integrations with RF-Smart, Shopify, Celigo, and Avalara.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on NetSuite in a OneWorld multi-subsidiary, multi-location environment.
• Expert order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory costing; know how transactions post to the GL and how they fail.
• Production SuiteScript 2.x experience; read unfamiliar code, isolate defects, ship fixes.
• Experience building OneWorld structure (subsidiaries, intercompany, consolidation).
• Volume data migration with full reconciliation.
• iPaaS experience (Celigo preferred); Shopify + NetSuite integration.

Responsibilities

• Stand up new subsidiaries end to end: entities, locations, COA, segments, currencies, nexus/tax setup, consolidation.
• Migrate legacy data at volume with full reconciliation to source system.
• Establish standard costing coverage before first transaction post.
• Configure intercompany flows and deploy RF-Smart/Shopify/Celigo/EDI; train acquired teams; build onboarding playbook.
• Own NetSuite–Shopify flows in Celigo; manage retail EDI and Avalara AvaTax integration.
• Implement monitoring so integration failures are caught internally; not by customers.
• SuiteFlow and SuiteQL development; create templates and saved searches.
