Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced NetSuite IT Lead to drive a major enhancement initiative, expanding NetSuite capabilities by integrating Basware for AP, Kyriba for Treasury, and Maximo for Procurement. Lead the project team through design, development, testing, and deployment while coordinating with vendors and partners.

You will ensure SOX controls, data accuracy, and robust reporting, including Power BI integrations, with strong SuiteScript expertise.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on NetSuite ERP experience including implementation and integration.
• 5+ years finance/accounting or business analysis with ERP focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the NetSuite enhancement initiative, including expansion to Basware for AP, Kyriba for Treasury, and Maximo for Procurement.
• Define, develop, test, and implement third-party integrations using Workato to automate processes between NetSuite and key systems.
• Work with external vendors and implementation partners throughout the ERP SDLC.
• Provide ongoing support for NetSuite implementation, including process mapping, issue resolution, and validation of system functionality.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring integrations support financial and operational objectives.
• Identify, document, and implement NetSuite improvements to optimize processes and data accuracy.
• Maintain SOX controls documentation for in-scope financial application processes.
• Deliver training and end-user support to promote effective use of NetSuite and integrations.
• Strong experience managing third-party integrations (Basware, Kyriba, Landworks, Tax Procurement, Ava lara, Concur, Power BI, etc.).
• Expertise in SuiteScript for developing custom scripts and automating workflows within NetSuite.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Financial Reporting).
• Proven ability to lead NetSuite implementation projects from planning to deployment and support.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Excellent communication with executives, managers, and technical teams.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality, accurate work.
• Experience with data extraction/transformation in Alteryx or similar tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
