We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in SQL, VB6, VB.NET, C#, and web application development to join our team. This role focuses on enhancing and modernizing existing applications, designing and building new solutions, and ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain applications using VB6, VB.NET, C#, and SQL.
2. Develop and implement web applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and a user-friendly experience.
3. Modernize legacy systems to align with current technologies and platforms.
4. Lead application projects and provide technical direction and mentorship to junior developers.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
6. Integrate applications with external systems through APIs and custom solutions.
