Job Description: Design and program IT solutions using ASP .NET MVC, C#, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, Git, and continuous integration to provide full stack development and expertise for building web-based information systems. Use Agile methodologies to implement IT solutions utilizing common design patterns and automated user, feature, and acceptance testing. Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, upgrade interfaces, and improve programming performance. Develop or oversee software system testing and validation procedures. Conduct software programming and develop documentation. Meet with customers or other departments to review project status, proposals, or technical issues such as software system design or maintenance. Analyze user information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of new systems or modifications of existing ones.

Minimum requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and at least one (1) year of experience as a computer programmer or in a related occupation supporting full-stack, web-based applications and implementing Agile IT solutions using common design patterns and automated testing including unit, feature, and acceptance testing. The experience must include designing and building full-stack solutions using at least four (4) of the following tools: ASP .NET MVC, C#, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, and Git. Must possess or be eligible to obtain the required government clearance (Public Trust 85P). Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted. New hires are subject to a background check.

Salary: $157,843.00 - $175,000.00 per year.
