We are looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of our core platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys building end-to-end systems, and wants to have a real impact on healthcare technology.

What You’ll Do

• Lead architectural design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
• Mentor and guide other engineers, contributing to code reviews and fostering best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to deliver impactful features.
• Own the technical roadmap and help drive key decisions on technologies, frameworks, and system architecture.
• Ensure code quality through testing and continuous integration pipelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, React (including hooks and state management), and Node.js.
• Proven experience building and scaling production-grade SaaS platforms.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for healthcare innovation is a plus.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with medical or clinical data (e.g., HL7, FHIR, CPT, ICD-10).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
