Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking a Lead .NET Developer to guide design and delivery of .NET applications in an onsite role based in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will mentor an engineering team and drive technical excellence.

You will collaborate with product and QA, adopt CI/CD practices, and shape architectural decisions while delivering scalable, maintainable software solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional .NET development experience, including prior lead/senior experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and related frameworks.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities
