Job summary

CAI is seeking a Lead .NET Developer for a hybrid role in Austin, TX. You will provide technical design and leadership across a portfolio of applications, driving team performance, incident management, automation initiatives, and continuous service improvements while ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 10 years in .NET and enterprise integration, with technical lead experience.
• Experience with low-code platforms (Appian).
• Experience with API-led connectivity and ESB/MuleSoft.
• Able to manage portfolios of custom, SaaS, low-code, and COTS apps.
• Familiar with ITSM processes (ServiceNow) and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and integration of .NET applications.
• Provide Level 3 technical support and escalation for complex issues.
• Oversee operations, SLAs, OLAs, and service delivery.
• Enforce development standards and coding best practices.
• Define lifecycle management: dev, test, deploy, change, prod.
• Drive remediation of technical debt and process inefficiencies.
• Develop and report on incident trends and system metrics.
• Manage resource allocation and project delivery commitments.
• Mentor developers and foster technical excellence.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.
