Qualifications

• Proven experience as Lead Developer or similar senior role within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET / .NET Core, and SQL / T-SQL.
• Solid understanding of database design, performance optimization, and query tuning.
• Experience delivering front-end functionality using HTML, JavaScript, and Razor.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and/or VS Code.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction to a team of software developers and engineers.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality features for the SaaS platform.
• Remain hands-on with coding, software design, and architecture.
• Mentor and coach developers and senior engineers.
