Job summary

CareMetx is seeking a Lead Full Stack .Net Developer with strong AI/RAG/LLM capabilities, remote within the United States. The role demands leadership in adopting AI-driven coding, reviews, and documentation, plus hands-on expertise across .NET, Angular, and React.

You will guide architecture, own critical features end-to-end, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product and business stakeholders to accelerate delivery of healthcare technology products.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack apps using .NET (C#), Angular, React.
• Lead experience in guiding teams and delivering projects.
• Strong backend dev with .NET/C# including APIs and SOA.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first development practices across engineering, including AI-assisted code generation and LLM-powered features.
• Architect and deliver scalable full-stack systems from API design to front-end implementation.
• Mentor engineers, collaborate with product, and drive architectural consistency and quality.
