Job summary
Affinity Home Health Care Inc in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Supervisor for a Level IV NICU. You will lead the NNP team, collaborate with neonatologists, and oversee scheduling and protocol development while participating in high-risk deliveries.

Qualifications
- Must be a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Certified by the State Board of Nursing with prescribing privileges.
- Current NPR certification and DEA license.
- Experience in Level III or IV NICUs is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and clinical support in a Level IV NICU.
- Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform procedures as needed.
- Serve as an NRP instructor and mentor for staff.
- Oversee the NNP team: scheduling, evaluations, and protocol development.
- Contribute to teaching, research, and procedural initiatives.
