Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR Certification or must obtain upon offer.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays required
• 10% travel required (occasional meetings or trainings)

Responsibilities

• Provide hearing screens in hospital settings for newborns.
• Serve as primary operational resource at designated hospital locations.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new technicians.
• Coordinate schedules with Site Supervisor and healthcare staff.
• Ensure documentation and reporting are complete and accurate.
• Educate parents about hearing screen results and next steps.
• Maintain equipment readiness and troubleshoot basic issues.
