Patriot Surveying & Infrastructure seeks an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead end-to-end survey projects, ensuring technical excellence, client satisfaction, and profitability. You will coordinate across internal teams, field crews, and stakeholders, manage budgets, schedules, and QA/QC, while driving business growth and staff development.

The role requires a Bachelor’s/Associate in Geomatics or Survey Engineering (ABET-accredited), PLS/LSIT licensure or plan to obtain, and 2+ years of

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Survey Engineering or Geomatics (ABET-accredited) preferred.
• Active PLS or LSIT licensure or a plan to pursue licensure.
• 2+ years progressive experience in Survey Project Management, supervising multiple crews and managing project financials.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full lifecycle of survey projects from proposals to project closeout.
• Set project schedules, manage profit margins, and ensure QA/QC across projects.
• Lead teams, mentor staff, and coordinate with municipalities on permits.
