Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading a narrative team on a narrative-first game, ideally RPG.
• Plan, organise, and deliver narrative work within production milestones.
• Write emotionally resonant, character-driven stories.
• Oversee multiple writers and edits for cohesive tone and style.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understand how other disciplines integrate with narrative and design.
• Familiarity with production/project management tools (Basecamp, YouTrack, or similar).
