Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years related engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• MS Office and MS Project proficiency required.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage key municipal infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, streets, drainage).
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design and review teams.
• Prepare scopes, budgets, contracts, progress reports and billing.
• Ensure HDR quality standards and value engineering in designs.
• Mentor staff and develop client relationships in the Gillette area.
• Lead strategic client engagement and project reviews with owners.
