Qualifications

• Ground-up multifamily construction experience is essential.
• Proven track record delivering large mid-rise or high-rise multifamily projects.
• Experience working for a General Contractor.
• South Florida construction experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead field team on large-scale multifamily projects from mobilization to turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors across trades.
• Manage Assistant Superintendents and field teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and lookaheads.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on site.
• Coordinate inspections with AHJs.
