Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee three multifamily properties in Madison and Fitchburg, WI. You will coach maintenance staff, perform routine repairs, and ensure timely completion of resident work orders.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and turnovers, plus preventative maintenance and safety inspections. The role requires strong problem-solving and customer-service skills, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interior and exterior for maintenance issues and inspect apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Perform routine maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).
• Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
• Lead, and direct additional Maintenance Technicians at the property(s).
• Prepare units for new residents (turnovers) and maintain safety standards.
